Availability is updated regularly, but Bali’s property market moves quickly. Before arranging a viewing or accepting a payment, BAM will reconfirm the property’s availability with the owner or listing partner.

Rental periods vary by property. Options may include monthly, three-month, six-month or yearly terms. The available options and prices are shown on each property page. A yearly price means the full year is paid upfront.

Inclusions differ for every property and may include cleaning, pool maintenance, gardening or Wi-Fi. Electricity and other utilities may be charged separately. Each property page states exactly what is included.

You can request a viewing through the property page or WhatsApp. BAM will confirm availability with the owner or viewing contact and arrange a suitable time with you.

Once the terms have been agreed and the owner has confirmed, BAM will explain the required documents, agreement and payment steps. A property is only considered reserved after the agreed reservation requirements have been completed.

Most rentals require a refundable security deposit. The amount and refund conditions depend on the property and will be clearly stated before signing the agreement.

Pet policies vary by property and owner. Tell us what type of pet you have and we will recommend suitable properties or confirm permission with the owner.

You may submit a reasonable offer. BAM will present it to the owner, but acceptance depends on the rental period, payment structure, dates and owner approval.

The payment schedule and verified instructions will be stated in the agreement. Never send payment to different account details without confirming them directly with BAM.
